The Military Intelligence and Security Directorate (Sanama) is a command of the Sanaman Armed Forces responsible for military intelligence, counter-terrorism, force protection and security operations. Criticism

MISC has previously received criticism from politicians and human rights advocates for cooperation with and rendition to the security agencies of the Unified Governorates, a nation with notably laxer standards when it comes to human rights compared to Sanama.
