Your edit left the template showing the fillers in unused sections - something the original didn't do - and messed with all the articles which had penalties in them. I'm pretty sure it can show those things. Take a look at all the World Cup articles and the template usage section. Your edit left the template showing the fillers in unused sections - something the original didn't do - and messed with all the articles which had penalties in them.
