He proposed to invest 300 million Florian pounds in the project and then on the 22nd November 2017, Hook Solutions formally applied to the Florian Super League for entry. The Vote was to take place on the 9th December 2017 but was voted on earlier. The vote was successful and the Titans were awarded a license.
