The Goldfield Gazette is the official journal of record of the government of Ransenar. All Royal Proclamations, Letters Patent under the Great Seal, Orders-in-Council, Royal Warrants, and other official instruments resultant of Acts of the Queen and the Government of Ransenar are published in it for the information of the public.
Types of announcements in the Gazette include, appointments, promotions, and transfers of persons to positions in the Ransenari civil service; creation, dissolution and renaming of boards, departments, and commissions; conferring of awards and honors to persons and organisations by the government; calling of tenders and awarding of contracts by the government.

Statutory Instruments
- Decrees - by the Queen, require the countersignature of the Lord Chief Steward and Cabinet approval;
- Ordinances - by the Lord Chief Steward, require the countersignature of the relevant Cabinet minister;
- Directives-in-Council - by the Cabinet as a whole;
- Ministerial Directive - by a Cabinet minister, with the countersignature of the Lord Chief Steward, on a matter relating only to their portfolio.
