'''LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN''' that the entire governance of Zeed is now subject immediately to the absolute authority of the Raspur Pact, as personified by the High Representative and Supreme Plenipotentiary, in accordance with the laws of war and the 1701 Armistice of Alduria City

and I therefore promulgate the following:

1. Zeed remains a committed signatory to, and upholds the validity and effectivity of the [[Fontainebleau Accords]]. Let a true copy of this Directive be sent by the Ministry of External Relations to the [[Euran Economic Union]] secretariat and the Foreign Ministries of the [[Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie]], the [[Imperial State of Constancia]], the [[Suren Confederacy]], the [[Kingdom of Ransenar]] and the High Commissioner of the [[Raspur Pact]].

2. The [[Hurmu–Zeed Friendship Society]] retains its body corporate within Zeed and corporate powers as a non-governmental organization and is not covered or affected by the [[1701 Armistice of Alduria City]]. Mahmud Abdullahi and officers and members of the Society as of 24.IX.1701, as well as the property of the Society are not to be harmed or otherwise hindered. The Society is directed to immediately send their certified list of members as of 24.IX.1701 to the High Representative and Supreme Plenipotentiary, forthwith.

3. The [[All-Union Humanist Party]] retains its body corporate within Zeed and corporate powers as a non-governmental organization and political party and is not covered or affected by the [[1701 Armistice of Alduria City]]. The Society is directed to immediately send their certified list of members as of 24.IX.1701 to the High Representative and Supreme Plenipotentiary, forthwith, and to hold a new convention and election for officers. [[Nationalist and Humanist Party]] and [[Humanist Vanguard]] members presently within Zeed are requested to provide assistance in this matter.

4. This Directive takes immediate effect on the date of signature. The military governors are directed to cause the public announcement and posting of this Directive over the next ten days, as well as its immediate enforcement.
