WHEREAS The time and efforts of Our citizens is tantamount to the success and prosperity of Our Kingdom;

WHEREAS The services rendered have been of the highest quality and displayed the highest commitment and dedication;

WHEREAS We wish to recognize that those services rendered have contributed to the overall reputation and professionalism that lives here within Our Kingdom;

LET IT BE KNOWN that We of Our especial grace, certain knowledge and mere motion do by these presents award [[Liam Sinclair|His Grace Liam]], Duke of [[Montin (Duchy)|Montin]] with [[The Royal Order of Merit]], Cross 3rd Class for his services;

AND we do further release him from his obligation as Our [[Home Minister (Gotzborg)|Minister of State, Home Office]], thank him for his contributions and wish him all the best in his current endeavours.

AND We do further direct and enjoin that this Royal Decree shall be read and proclaimed in such places as appropriate within the Royal Kingdom of Gotzborg.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused this Our Royal Decree by the affixation of the Royal Seal of the Kingdom to be published, by witness Ourself at Lonenberg Palace this twenty-sixth day of September in the sixteenth year of Our reign.
