'''Maskerer''' is a city and bailiwick of the [[Sovereign Confederation]], located in a remote and isolated part of the country. In 1712, the population of Maskerer was 456,270.

Despite its remote location, Maskerer has a rich cultural heritage and beautiful natural landscapes. However, the bailiwick has always struggled economically, and has faced a number of challenges including a declining population and a lack of investment.

It was only recently that the Sovereign Confederation began investing in Maskerer, in an effort to revitalize the bailiwick's economy and improve the lives of its residents.
