WHEREAS the value of Our colonies and overseas possessions is a vital part of the Royal Kingdom;

WHEREAS the vast, wild expanses of these colonies can provide boundless opportunities for growth and development;

LET IT BE KNOWN that We of Our especial grace, certain knowledge and mere motion do by these presents do appoint [[Tristan Lessard|Mr. Tristan Lessard]] to the post of Governor-General of [[Lusatia (Royal Colony)|Our Royal Colony of Lusatia]] from this date;

AND We do further direct and enjoin that this Royal Decree shall be read and proclaimed in such places as appropriate within the Royal Kingdom of Gotzborg.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused this Our Royal Decree by the affixation of the Royal Seal of the Kingdom to be published, by witness Ourself at Lonenberg Palace this twenty-eighth day of October in the twenty-first year of Our reign.
