WHEREAS our trusted and honoured friend and servant [[Liam Sinclair|Liam, Duke of Montin]] has tendered his resignation from the post as General Officer Commanding of the [[Royal Security Police Service]];

WE do wish to thank His Grace Liam for his time, service and significant contributions and do release him from the office whereby he shall forthwith continue to be considered to hold the rank of General of Police (ret'd) and to wear the uniform as per service regulations;

WHEREAS the Royal Security Police Service requires leadership to provide the direction and consistency of service to the protection of Our Royal Kingdom;

WE are pleased to announce the appointment of [[Wilhelm Hollander]] to General Officer Commanding, Royal Security Police Service and to hold the rank of General of Police commensurate with this heavy and significant responsibility.

AND We do direct him to continue to provide the necessary leadership in order to maintain the mission of the RSPS to provide for the public safety, with the authority to appoint Officers under the organizational structure of the RSPS as necessary to fulfill this obligation.

AND We do further direct and enjoin that this Royal Decree shall be read and proclaimed in such places as appropriate within the Royal Kingdom of Gotzborg.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused this Our Royal Decree by the affixation of the Royal Seal of the Kingdom to be published, by witness Ourself at Lonenberg Palace this thirteenth day of October in the twenty-fourth year of Our reign.
