Horie Zenko

Horie Zenko 堀江善行 (Horie Zenkō?), is the politican of Sanpantul. He was born in 1659 in the Skerry Isles, in the land of Coastalis. He first became the leader of the Democrat Party in 1680 and continued his duty until 1736. He resigned from the party in 1733, then ran as a candidate to become an MTO Jurist in 1736.
