On the advice of the General Officer Commanding, [[Royal Security Police Service]], We are pleased to announce the appointment of [[David Roest-Westhin|Sir David Roest-Westhin, K.S.G.]] to the position of Chief of Administration, Security Police with the rank of Chief Superintendent.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused this Appointment by the affixation of the Royal Seal of the Kingdom to be published, by witness Ourself at Lonenberg Palace this sixth day of December in the sixteenth year of Our reign.
