WHEREAS Our loyal subject [[Guido Zambelis]] has been unable to dedicate the time and resources to Gotzborg, and has instead wisely and sagely provided his utmost attention to his macronational betterment, we do thank him for his service and release him from his post as [[Minister of State (Home Office)|Minister of State, Home Office]];

WHEREAS Our loyal subject [[Hugh O'Neill|General of Cavalry Sir Hugh O'Neill]] has expressed a desire to serve and provide leadership to Our Kingdom through the conduct of the affairs of government;

LET IT BE KNOWN that We of Our especial grace, certain knowledge and mere motion do by these presents appoint General of Cavalry Sir Hugh O'Neill to the post of Minister of State, Home Office;

AND We do further direct and enjoin that this Royal Decree shall be read and proclaimed in such places as appropriate within the Royal Kingdom of Gotzborg.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused this Our Royal Decree by the affixation of the Royal Seal of the Kingdom to be published, by witness Ourself at Lonenberg Palace this fourth day of December in the twenty-third year of Our reign.
