WHEREAS Our [[Royal Security Police Service]] fills a valuable and necessary role in the internal safety and security of Our Royal Kingdom;

BY and on the advice of Our General Commanding the Royal Security Police Service We do hereby commission [[Philip Battenberg|Mr. Philip Battenberg]] to the rank of Superintendent with all the rights and responsibilities assigned therein;

AND We do further direct and enjoin that this Royal Decree shall be read and proclaimed in such places as appropriate within the Royal Kingdom of Gotzborg.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused this Our Royal Decree by the affixation of the Royal Seal of the Kingdom to be published, by witness Ourself at Lonenberg Palace this twentieth day of July in the twenty-first year of Our reign.
