This includes raw Alexandrium, processed Alexandrium compounds, and any products incorporating Alexandrium, whether these are sourced, processed, produced, or imported within the territorial jurisdiction of the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie. The levy structure is designed to:
## Allocate twenty (€20) écu from each gram levied directly into the [[Alexandrium Strategic Reserve Fund]]. This fund is earmarked specifically for the purposes of augmenting the national strategic reserves of [[Alexandrium]], financing ongoing and future research initiatives aimed at exploring new applications of Alexandrium, and supporting the development of technologies and methodologies related to Alexandrium extraction and processing.
## Direct fifteen (€15) écu from each gram levied to the operational fund of the [[Alexandrium Regulatory and Development Authority]] (ARDA).
