The '''City-State of the Arevacía''' (Spanish: ''Ciudad-Estado de la Arevacía'') is a country in the eastern part of [[Keltia]]. It is surrounded by [[The Green]] on its northern, southern and western parts; and on the east by the Great Eastern Ocean.

It covers an area of 360 square kilometers, has a potential population of 450,000 people and has the characteristic that its territory is not divided, but is governed only through central institutions due to its small size.

The City-State is currently in the process of building state facilities, which are governed until the confirmation of its territory by the [[National Council for the Independence of Arevacía]] and the Principal Transition Administrator.

Prior to the confirmation of the territory, the territory consisted of The Green, although the territory was previously occupied by states such as The Independent Realm of Ergonia.

The colonization of the territory began through the final election of the settlement, which took place at the second meeting of the NCIA.

==Etymology==
The name Arevacía comes from the Arevacian people, a pre-Roman Celtiberian people that was located in the Duero Valley of the Iberian Peninsula on planet Earth. The Roman attorney Pliny the Elder named this town in his work Natural History as "those who lived in the Areva River", understanding the current Duero River as such.

==History==
===Before establishment===

In 1710, the fifteen founders created the National Council for the Independence of the Arevacía, as the body in charge of providing land to the Arevaco people and began recruiting new settlers to establish a City-State that would represent the Arevacian population.

These settlers, coming from all parts of the world together with the first members of the National Council for the Independence of the Arevacía, chose to settle in a 360 km2 compound in the eastern part of Keltia, surrounded by The Green.

==Geography==
The Arevacía has a total area of 360 km² located entirely on the continent of Keltia, making it one of the smallest states on Planet Micras. This city has a coastline on the Great Eastern Ocean, facing the Dragospire Islands of Calbion.
===Climate===
The City-State of Arevacía has a Mediterranean climate, mild and sunny throughout the year. In the Köppen climate classification it is Mediterranean climate with hot summers (Csa), which is influenced by oceanic climate and humid subtropical climate. As a result, winters are mild and rainy, and summers are hot and dry, moderated by the proximity of the Mediterranean. Cool and rainy interludes can interrupt the dry summer season, whose average length is also shorter. The average temperature in January and February is 10 °C, and 30 °C in July and August

At present, and until the confirmation of the claim by the Micras Cartographic Society, the initial works correspond to the National Council for the Independence of the Arevacía, which delegated all executive, legislative and judicial functions to the Provisional Transition Administrator.
===Provisional Transition Administrator===
On 10.II.1710, Mr. Sergio Adán Romero, a constituent member of the NCIA, was appointed Provisional Transition Administrator.
Its main functions are to organize the Arevacian people for the election of their territory, to constitute the city-state in a democratic regime with full rights and to create, together with the Constituent Parliament.
===Special Transitional Administrators===
The Act of Independence of the City-State of Arevacía grants the Provisional Transitional Administrator the power to appoint up to three Special Transitional Administrators who will assist him in the performance of his duties.

On 13.IV.1710, the Special Territory Administrator Ms. Eva Albarrán set up a Commission within the NCIA to select a suitable territory for the Arevacian People, made up of technical professionals<ref>https://ciudadestadoarevacia.blogspot.com/2022/07/orden-ejecutiva-por-la-que-se.html</ref>.

On 15.IX.1710, a final proposal for a location on the planet Micras was sent to the NCIA. The NCIA Plenary unanimously approved said proposal on 9.XII.1710, so this commission was dissolved.
