The '''{{PAGENAME}}''' was a summer house in [[Sårensby]], [[Normark]], which was used as a torture centre after the [[War of Lost Brothers]]. It was used by the Department of Political Warfare, established by [[Keltia Command]] and the then demesnal government of Normark, and allied paramilitary groups such as the [[Tuktuvut Confederation]]. Those detained at the site were mostly [[Bassarids]] and figures associated with the left.

After the end of the active phase of the war with the Bassarids in Normark, and the transfer of sovereignty from [[Natopia]] to [[Elwynn]] in 1678, the site was sold to the [[ESB Group (Keltia)]], whose security division, responsible for protecting the nearby Sårensby Industrial Area, developed the Umeå hytte into an enlarged "dacha" complex for use as a clubhouse and leisure facility.

In 1688 the ''Nordlyset'' newspaper released a cache of government documents linking the site to the disappearance of a number of prominent journalists, left-leaning politicians and intellectual figures during the premiership of Statsminister [[Sigrid Årud]] (1679–1685).

The revelations prompted a scandal, with the minority government under Ethan Setsman making the promise to conduct a "full and fearless" investigation into the activities of the previous administration whilst the [[Norse Reform Party]] and [[Democratic Party of Elwynn|Democratic Party]] members of the [[Nordisketing]] called for the immediate suspension of Sigrid Årud and her resignation from the Speakership. In response to these demands the [[Einhornselskapet]] denounced the planned investigation and announced the immediate termination of the confidence and supply agreement which had supported the present governing coalition. These actions precipitated the [[1688 Normark political crisis]].
