The '''Green Democratic Party''' is a social liberal party in [[Nova England]] established in 2006 by Sir Lyod Mackenzie. Since the party’s foundation it has garnered support in [[Nova English Korea]] where its leader served for a time as the Provincia’s [[Exarch]]. However despite being a strong opposition party is has yet to form a government within the Witan. The party effectively disbanded following the Evacuations and the Great Disaster but was reformed under the leadership of former GDP Witan Member John Mackenzie.

==Ideology==
The party is a strong proponent of social democracy, in which it is believed that the state has the responsibility to intervene through economic and social policies to encourage social justice within a capitalist economy.
