Talenore Public Corporation (commonly abbreviated to TalCorp) is a publicly owned corporation in Talenore. It acts as both as a company in its own right, and a holding company for various other public enterprises. While Talenore is a market economy, the government through TalCorp is heavily involved in certain sectors, especially infrastructure, energy, utilities, security, banking and transport. A common criticism of the company is that it is used to undercut competition, establish monopolies and thereby allow substantial profit transfers to the government.
