History
Early Years
Obrad was born in the village of Serija, Krasnarus. During much of his youth, he worked long, hot days on his father's farm. At 15, he got a job cleaning the streets of his village. Around this time, he became known as "Silvut Fvar" (Silver and Sharp). He began taking occasional hunting trips with his friends, which helped him come up with his philosophy of The Man Is The One Hunted, which would later shape his political career, after a rough encounter with a bear. Soon after graduating from secondary school, he moved to Slavograd so he could attend university. He graduated four years later with a degree in the arts.
Later Years and Political Careers
After his graduation, he perused a career in politics. After a brief year of being a lawyer, he began a humanitarian foundation to benefit the poor of Slavograd. After some years, he was appointed Governor-General of Slavonje on the terms that he would expand his foundation to the entirety of the district. To this day, he continues to hold this promise.
