NOTE: Please note that the article below only affects the administration of Nouvelle Alexandrie, its simulation, and internal processes and events; and not MicrasWiki.

Administrative Board

Nouvelle Alexandrie shall have an Administrative Board, which is headed by User:Edgard, hereafter referred to as "the Server Owner". There shall be Administrators, Associate Administrators, and Moderators. The Administrative Board has final jurisdiction on all Nouvelle Alexandrie simulation matters and may exercise that authority if necessary.

The Server Owner shall be responsible for ensuring the Administrative Board performs the aforementioned responsibilities. They may hire, fire, or replace Administrators or Moderators, at will.

There can be more than one (1) Administrator at the same time. The Server Owner may divide jobs or specify a special field of administrator for an Administrator or Moderator. In such a case, there is an order of precedence to indicate which one's decisions take precedence if there is a contradiction. If no other order of precedence is specified, precedence shall be in the order of seniority with the Administrator appointed first being the one whose authority is greatest. Seniority shall be determined based on when an arbitrator was appointed. If they were all appointed at once, the one whose name was listed first in the appointment is senior.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and administering the Discord server and the canon content, as written in MicrasWiki, the Discord server, or any other recognized source(s);
• Helping simulate in-game events such as elections, news stories, etc;
• Enforcing the rules, community charter, and maintaining a respectful and accepting environment;
• Simulating responses and consequences to in-game player activity.
