The national flag of Jääland was the official flag for civil and military purposes in Jääland. It consisted of a white and turquoise Norse cross on a deep night-blue background.

The cross symbolised the Nazarene religion of the Jääland people. The night-blue represented the Jääland sky in winter (due to polar night), the white the snow, and the turquoise the colour of the sky and sea in summer.

In its canton, the flag featured the coat of arms of Jääland. A variation of the design was retained for the flag of Iselande, the successor territory in the United Kingdom of Meckelnburgh.
