Andras Kótsyfas is a Constancian official.
Appointed Imperial Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Los Liberados, to head the Imperial Embassy in Puerto Arcadio, effective 12.VII.1674. Served until incorporation into the Confederated States of Gran Verionia in 1682.
