FMF Division of Nations

The Fédération Micraise du Football has decided to divide the federation into four divisions, depending on the positions of the nations on Micras.

The divisions as decided today will be...
AEFA - Apollonian and Euran Football Association
CTFU - Cibola and Tapfer Football Union
WMFA - Western Micras Football Association
EMUFA - Eastern Micras Union Football Association

4 from each governing Micras board can qualify to the world cup this summer but may lower down due to automatic placements of nations from bids etc. and Gaia already qualifying.

possibly the nations that are all over Micras could choose the division they want to be in, or wherever their capital city is, saves there being so many teams which are all part of the same nation...

ps. which Shireroth was it we played against then?

no these are the default, they can change if they want to but it must be geographicallywise. you played v Mainland Shireroth.

it gets too confusing if there's like four different teams from one nation. i mean if all the Shireroth's could play in the same tournament, it would be slightly unfair.

Oh, please, only 3 of us played in the last FMF World Cup. A couple are rather new as well, so our grouping will be about as challenging as any other.

yeah and worst of all is that the next FMF World Cup 1 AEFA member will get auto-qualification which means your qualification slots are becoming limited.

What sucks more is that we're the only grouping with only full countries, no colonies or counties or anything like that, save the CIS, but they don't count.

yeah, we'll probably take 2 slots off 2 other boards etc. and give it to AEFA

Lachlan, if there's a joint Toki/Nova hosting, we'll play a combined team. I don't want to take away too many spots. And then, should we by some miracle win, we'll play a combined team in the winter.
