No, its the MCS. So there aren't elections.

EDIT: Oy, let me break this down fo yo: the MCS is, essentially, a company. It is not a government or a Parliament or whatever. It is an organisation with Staff members which are hand picked out of the best, brightest and most committed to the cause. Sure, for some reason if theres a 75% vote Staff members can be kicked out but I'm against that anyway. Apart from that there are no elections or any kind.

You do. But there aren't any elections, which is the point I'm making.

Erm, yes dear. Probably you will 'do' me in that good old QuasiIntermicronational Court. As the MCS so proudly tells everyone how it can not be sued 'cos it doesn't actually exist anywhere, I await with interest a lawsuit from from such a body.

He gets something out of it. I wouldn't bother if I were you Spang.

I've stated my view on the matter before, I reckon the existing council should pick who is among them. If there is an overwhelming amount of disagreement then it can always be changed.

And when people ask about these things it normally means they want to be on the council. You can just go out and apply, I believe the Junior Cartographer position is still open?

I complain because certain council members (ie you) aren't behaving very responsibly with regards to your land claims. The CIS claim, even after many suggestions for re-sizing, went through unaltered.

(note I'm not picking on you, it's just an example)

My main complaint with the admin council is the waiting times, im likely to be dead before our vote is completed :P
