Declaration of War (Tokidoki v. Novatainia)

Since many are itching to have another, and both Tokidoki and Novatainia wish to test their militaries, the dispute between the rights to the remaining land between Tokidoki and Passas will be decided by recwar. Tokidoki and Novatainia will be the sole claimers of the disputed land, although others may choose to claim small bases on the coastline. This is open to other nations to participate, but no third-party participant may make any claim on the land (but peacekeepers, god-forbid, will be allowed as separate entities).

I plan to start mid January. Questions?

The land you mean is between Novatania and Tokidoki if I'm not mistaken, and will Passas be fighting with one of the two nations or will we be fighting independently?

You'll be fighting for one of the two nations. This war will have two sides so we can keep things simple.

Lyam, should say this somewhere else, but I'll say it here ...
Are we fighting just in the unclaimed land + the Bay of Rezack, or in Novatainia and Tokidoki as well ... I'd suggest just unclaimed and bay (and you can use the coastal cities on the bay as well), because
a. It's a friendly war, and as exciting and strategic as bombing Rillanon is, its not very friendly ...
b. Tokidoki has about 12 times as much land as Novatainia ...

Yoo should think of treaties before you do this. Lovely and Beaugium may play a part, in which case it will be 'interesting'. I need to confer with Beaugium first.

Our respective Kings are sorting this out ... I hope, but my suggestion to them was that mutual allies (of which we have a number) could choose which side they wished to support, and the other would not hold it against them, but they must fight on the side of one of us two, not for themselves.

If Lovely or Beaugium wanted to support us, I'm sure our King would be happy to give you a small extra section of land attached to your current amount (though extra land is a lot more important for us than you guys who are 20 times our size ...)

In light of the assassination of King Jeremy I, God rest his soul, of New Brittania, this war is tenatively scrubbed. Should the conflict be resolved, I would perfer the MRWS to judge, of course, unless another group wishes to preside over it.

Statues are one thing, a curse is quite another ... you need magic in your nation for that ...

On that scope, if you do start raising an army of the dead, Tokidoki and Nova might have something to say about that ...

We'll wait a week and see if anything happens because of the assasination, if not, we'll go to war as planned. In the meantime, the King has told me to claim some of the land in case we can't go to war ...
