Tarsica

It is allowed for member nations of the MCS to establish moon bases on Tarsica. You need to post a picture of your moon base and details of your expedition in the Claims & Modifications forum. (Do not forget to say it's about Tarsica in the title)

This is indeed a big step for the MCS and am supportive of this measure.

I do hope to see many nations pick up some landworms to sell back here in Micras ;).

a monastry... on the moon... we decided against a sacrifice temple because it has to be outside and they have to not have a space suit for us to rip out their heart

a monastery on the moon? well from what I remember tarsica has next to a breathable atmosphere so I believe that it could be possible.
