I have developed the Alpha System which is now ready to be tested, it is a set of rules and conventions by which stellar-micronations base their activities and it can also be applied to the planetary level which has even greater implications.
The details of the system are in these two word documents, the first is a rough outline of the basics and the second is a more comprehensive walkthrough of how a micronation exists on the alpha system with pictures and New-Empire as the example.

As it currently exists, the system is in it's most basic form and the same can be said about the Starmap and graphics, however it is useable and ready for testing.
I do not wish this to be a standalone section of cartography and I will be offering this to be part of either the MCS or GSO (whoever wishes to take it on first) and, obviously both societies are going to want to see if it works first and if neither wants it then it will be standalone.
