[Anthelia] Resignation of Membership

Pursuant to Executive Order 2006-013, I hereby advise that the Republic of Anthelia -
1. Resigns from the Micronational Cartography Society.
2. Relinquishes all claims to the territory presently assigned to it on the maps of the MCS.
3. Reserves the rights to any names of geographical features which were named by the Republic or its agents, including but not limited to the cities of Helion, Regulus, Alosta, Massilia and Draconia, and the Helion River.
