Bolsvandia - New Order

I, King Alex J. Higgs of the Ruan Brotherhood of Bolsvandia (ex-Democratic-Republic Botherhoodof Bolsvandia), have taken control of the Bolsvandia as you may know it. We are now under a new order and shall commense after the constitution is sorted out and a real website is formed. Bolsvandia is now a colony of RuaSoza. This is only the beginning of the start for New Bolsvandia.
