Open Source Project: Small States Index

The Apollo Foundation has begun a phase of archiving materials from areas of regional micronationalism which are poorly documented or otherwise obscure. Many times, there are a number of small states which come and go faster than we can blink. In some cases, especially older micronational history, these states served as inspiration or catalysts for future micronations.<br>

A good example I can think of would be Proletaria (The Proletarian Democratic Union), which was formed by the People's United Republic (led by yours truely) and the Democratic Republic of Rasperia (led by Dafydd). The PDU laid the foundations by which the Republic of Baracão's original community and concept were formed. Yet neither the PUR, Rasperia or Proletaria are well documented. Indeed, very few people even remember that they existed.<br>

The aim of the small states index is to catalog as much information as possible about the small micronations that have come and gone. This project is declared open source because anyone can contribute information or materials in regards to any particular small state.<br>
