MCS Change Request Form

Use this form to make changes to your existing claim, such as new cities or name changes.

Name & Title: (Your name and title in the nation you come from)
E-Mail/Contact: (e-mail or other form of contact)
Nation: (your micronation of origin)
Request: (a detailed description of your request)
Notes: (any additional notes not part of the request)

MCS Addition Request Form

Use this form to place a claim on some empty land if you are a new nation.

Name & Title: (Your name and title in the nation you come from)
E-Mail/Contact: (e-mail or other form of contact)
Nation: (your micronation of origin)
No. of Citizens: (how many active citizens your micronation has)
MN URL: (the web address of your micronation, forums and website)
Flag Image: (required for the key, No flag - No claim)
Claim: (a detailed description of your claim)*
Notes: (any additional notes not part of the claim)

Note: Once your claim has been approved, you will be requested to post a detailed map of your lands, with cities and their names on them.

MCS Removal Form

If your nation is inactive or some other situation forced a need for it to be removed from our maps, use this form.

Name & Title: (Your name and title in the nation you come from)
E-Mail/Contact: (e-mail or other form of contact)
Nation: (your micronation of origin)
Reason: (a detailed description of why you wish to remove your nation)
Notes: (any additional notes not part of the removal request)

As of today any nation who does not provide a flag with their claim shall be denied. This does not apply to expantions, only new claims.

Any nation whos flag is not on the map will have to provide one in order to expand.
