When will they realise that when you de-expand tyou don't fucking re-expand like a balloon... otherwise anyone could just dexpand a bit, expand like hell, de-expand a bit et cetera...

Spangle, you're a citizen. Although recently you were removed from your position as Duke for your sickening inactivity.

I can't vote, nor can Spangle.

I say Spangles vote stands.

I mean if your voting AGAINST an expansion that suggests that the citizens don't approve and that should be taken into account.

I vote OUI to spangles vote counting and NON to the expantion

Spangle's point is also based on nothing...

He argues that NB has expanded more than it reduced. It reduced because it was fustrated with MCS policies (after threatening to leave), not because it doesn't deserve the land - its very active these days. Anyway, this expansion is smaller than the old land, so if Spangle's theory was put into practise we'd get smaller.

And Pete... if we held a vote in New Brittania saying "Should we expand?", the vast majority would say Aye. In fact, probably only Spangle would say no. And since our democracy works by +50% majority not unanimity, then it wouldn't matter. So your point is also void. And in that spirit I vote Nay to Spangle's vote counting.

But it is up to the individual Council Members to decide.

i say that expanding straight after you de-expand is stupid i didn't say it was more but if you had to de-expand surely this shows than an expansion is a stupid idea.

We didn't have to expand. I believe we planned on resigning our membership of this society, but then reconsidered and remained in a small way. Now we want to claim what we feel is, and what I'm sure the Council will agree, deserving of what our nation is in terms of culture, activity and other factors. Is that such a crime that warrants a Nay?

and weither my vote counts or not this applies:

does spangles vote count=yes {
no votes = 2
total votes = 3
total votes/possible yes votes=0.333
denied()
} else {
does spangles vote count=no {
no votes = 1
total votes = 2
total votes/possible yes votes=0.5
denied()
}

Vilhelm - Can't vote
Spangle - Can't vote, but might say No
Iehova - Can vote, hasn't
Pete - No
Max - Can vote, hasn't

So it in theory could be accepted, denied or a draw.

draw is denied.

and max is away for 4 more days

if this claim had waited 4 days :P

so:

Vilhelm: cannot vote
Spangle: cannot vote
Max: cannot vote
Pete: No
Iehova: yes or no makes no fecking difference.

So basically, Pete votes no. I vote yes. Max doesn't vote, then it's denied. I vote no, and it's denied.

So, I vote AYE, on the condition that if max doesn't appear within a few days (5?) to vote, then my vote becomes NO just so this isn't left hanging.

max is an automatic null vote.

draw = Denied. Max Abstains.

So technically this is no_stamp by default

We'll wait abit though
