To solve disputes from the other wars, I just made the base our colour, and left the land Lovely coloured. So very clearly its not an expansion, just a base.

since i lost my MCS votes file i am recovering my MCS members and updates files then my votes file...
and since the votes file isn't up i can't see quickly what's been decided.
