they were the Kingdom before. and if they are the Republic,as you say, why are they not marked that on the map - like you said they should be...

Because it's not their land if that is the case. You're going round in circles.. carry on and you'll be dizzy soon.

Hold on.

The map also states Jamzinia as Jamzinia, not the Kingdom of Jamzinia, which James is titled as King.

So, you're talking against yourself really.

HELLO? ^^

And for the final time, on the map, the "gaia" within the CIS has no prefix of "Republic of".
Because the land should not be "Gaia's" if they leave/die.
Who said they were dead? They had an original forum that is no longer in use, but that doesn't mean they are dead. And quite frankly you have no rights to declare nations dead no matter how much activity they are recieving. Land is given to CIS as a whole for CIS admin to share out.
Because they nation changed into the Republic, hence them wanting to be removed...
If that's the case, then this is a different Gaia to the one on the lands of the CIS, and therefore these lands have nothing to do with "The republic of Gaia".
Mhh, James, you were Primeminister at one stage of the Republic so how can you say that? You were also President of CIS at the time!

Jamzinia is Jamzinia. Since when have I claimed it is the Kingdom Of Jamzinia?

Mhh, James, you were Primeminister at one stage of the Republic so how can you say that? You were also President of CIS at the time!
That's irrelevent! That doesn't mean that Gaia was part of the CIS at the time, and I wasn't exactly an active PM; did I even post? I only accepted the job due to you offering it to me several times.

so if gaia withdraw from cis, then cis wont be able to have that land cos there's no nation for it, so the cis colour will be removed, and gaia can then have it.

Actually it'd be reserved for one month I think. Then it could be claimed by Gaia.

then could Gaia claim the land they left behind (if you deexpanded the bit they were on) as an independent nation?

There's no question about it, if you (CIS) don't have a nation to put there then you can't have the land.

Yes, but if the people aren't there then you can't justify having it.

Read the whole topic before wading in to contribute; it's far too complex. Land is given to the CIS as a whole, the CIS admin then sub-divide the land.

then you'll give up that land

if you read it, then you'd understand what i'm saying, and note that spangle agrees on the principle that the cis admin can't give land to a nation (read=people) that doesnt exist.
