well Hatay's representative said it would be a good idea to have an off topic board as it would get the post count up, and the MCS criterion says high level of post's, doesn't say were these posts have to be.....

activty, Confirmed - Yes activity is a problem but were trying
other citizens, Plausible - depends on what you specify "other citizens"
culture, Busted - I would say there coming along well in culture I.E. Sports, religion and overall subjects.
Mythbusters? (Confirmed before King Cairney's reply ;) )
