it was a bit annoying how 3 claims came as soon as you were allowed again...

i think we have to have a policy on treatys... like should they be automatically accepted? but that could cause people to make treatys on anything...

I hace decided that New Brittania will stay if the following modification/reduction is allowed:

There is some new land there and some that we already own, but all land not shown on this would be gone. Please note that although not all of the virgin islands are shown above: they're staying.

Apparently volunterily reducing our land by over half isn't enough, so the resignation stands.
