Nations For Removal- ALL READ!!!

The following nations are to be removed as they have not signed the Charter. If it is not signed by the FIRST of JUNE 2007 they will cease to be members of the Society:
Adraisia
Houland
Istvanistan
Leon & Venezia
Mania
Holzer (Nornea)
Nova England
Oscland
Wachsburg
Xinguo
Zindiria
The following nations have until FIRST of JUNE 2007 to submit there national flag to the MCS or they will cease to be members of the Society:
Leon & Venezia
Malvagita

You really should make people sign the charter before giving people land.. but anyway, you can take Oscland of the list now.

It'll be interesting to see how many of these nations check the MCS regularly enough to see this.

i've just realerted Will and Adraisia...
Fenix could have signed for Wachensburg when he was here, but i'm sure he had more on his mind.
i can't understand how Malvagita & Leon-Venezia signed it without giving us their flags...
