We should wait til they can be a PNG together before we vote, but unless they reduce their expansion alot (so much so that it becomes a reduction ), I say Nay.

This is indeed as Vilhelm says: On par with another April fools. They did not pay attention to our declarations to have their claim in PNG format, and they have only indeed had 180 posts in 2 years. They under no circumstances in their current incarnation deserve any more land, and almost deserve a land reduction.
That's true. And I suppose we can free up that unclaimable land if we force them to have a land reduction.
