just type claim.png then save...

and change the Pull-down tab to save the picture as a .PNG .
Otherwise we will have: Claim.PNG.Jpeg
and then we will have to scream at you for defiling the Sacred format of PNG.

sorry, to improove your chances save as ANYTHING other than a JPEG or monochrome, preferably PNG but BMPs and GIFs can be changed to PNG easily, activity could also be improoved.

No, Jeremy provided a PNG, so the claim was processed as normal (he's such a good neighbour ). But it's a bother to have to get an Administrator or Good Samaritan to make an acceptable map every claim. I hope Amokolia can find a citizen to appoint to Minsiter of Cartography who has an updated version of paint.
