upon viewing Passas itself, I have seen that although Passas I believe claimed to be dead, that it contains a surprising amount of activity, furthermore, it seems to be inhabited by a very eager and culture building people, who seem to take themselves seriously as well as work upon some large cultural works for any micronation. (They are working on a language for example.)
