it means that he has acquired English citizenship, it does not mean that he is by blood completely and purely english, nor does it mean that he can speak English either.

I'm half Irish, half English (to my knowledge, of course there are no (well, probably a few) pure english or irish families but for the sake of argument I will say half and half). If you had known that, you would have seen my point. Perhaps one could say that Hitler was not just Bavarian, German or Austrian?

Some people care about other people. Sure, it's human instinct to care about oneself before all others, but that doesn't mean we can't care about other people. And I care for a few people on this forum.
