Automatic Qualification:

Republic of Gaia (current champions due to Beaugium dying out)
Kingdom of Novatainia (co-hosts)
Kingdom of Tokidoki (co-hosts)

Available places: 13

EMUFA: 5 allocated slots
AEFA: 4 allocated slots
WMFA: 2 allocated slots
CTFA: 2 allocated slots

There were celebrations on the streets of Novatica when the announcement was read out. The Nova Sports news reporter on the scene spent the next 5 minutes cheering on air. All over Novatainia people have been partying into the night. Football is coming to Novatainia, and it's citizens couldn't be happier.

There's still EMUFA and WMFA qualifiers to finish off, and the AEFA qualifying hasn't even started yet. plus, the U21's World Cup is in July...
