Expansions are not covered by that and you can expand as often as you wish, But I can say that you should follow an expansion plan for anyones nation alot like that, 3 months usually makes an expansion look far better to us (The Admin council).
Also, if this claim is too young to be made, I am tempted to lock this thread until they PM us that they are old enough.
