Amokolians:

Your claim map is still not up to an acceptable standard. Check any other claim map. Basically make it look like it would be on the map. Please make another one when you have time. And please, still PNG. :)

If a nation wants to be on the MCS, it must draw up a map if it is able. And Amokolia is able.

Amokolia doesn't have to be on the MCS. It doesn't have to get an expansion, modification or whatever. It wants to, so it should do at least some work.
