Yeah. Norona and Landingberg are both more cultured and developed than most, but to be honest this recwar is the most we've seen out of them for a while. And as for Engrilace- I haven't seen any development from them whatsoever.
I vote NO.
I vote NO.

well, comrades Pete and Max, We do need to remember.
We are to be evaluating each's claim independantly. I told them early on in their claim on that thread to do so. However should the majority of the council feel otherwise, please inform me so that I may be able to cast my votes in accordance with the will of the Council.
I believe that we should evaluate them each seperatly.

Well, if we ought to vote independently on each of these claims, let's split this claim up, then.

hmm, I have to say Comrade, Any particular reason for No to all?
I can understand Engliariace, but Holzborg is verging on an expansion. Landingberg is about ready for one in my oppinion.
Also I thank Comrade Max, for splitting these claims up, I was going to do it this evening, if no-one else did.

well, there is a point here. I do remember the Czar of Landingberg saying specifically that he prefers the GSO map. I wouldn't be surprised if he merely had his MCS land as a link to the MCS. It is sad to hear really, whatever land one has, it should be developed and given culture.
It is worthless otherwise.

The dark orange/brown is Holzborg/Norona Expanding, the Dark Pink is Engrilace, and the Dark, dark Blue is Landingberg.

hmm, upon reviewing the claims and the activities of each nation invovled I have this to say about each:
Holzborg: has been putting some good work into the nation itself, however activity is somewhat lacking and although I see their leader almost on a daily basis (online, not in real life. ) his nation does'nt seem to be producing that much, but it is getting there. He is also rather enthusiastic in his work and has kept going for the past several months at the very least.
I believe on the status of the Holzborg claim I shall vote: Abstain
Landingberg: Has been a steady rock in Micronationalism for some time and are flourishing as a nation. However its leader seems to hold little regard for the MCS map in general and seems to be somewhat pessimistic over its uses and calls it rather "cartoony". His replies on the MCS hint at it at times, but he says far more in his forums.
I personally was rather surprised to find out but do believe that we should take that into consideration. He prefers the GSO map and does little with the MCS.
Max is also correct in that although Landingberg has long done well as a Micronation in general, this war is probably one of the first things we have seen from them in a great while. They were extremely productive but have seemed to slow down.
I am somewhat torn if I should count his beliefs in the MCS against him or not, however I believe that in either case my vote shall remain the same.
my vote for Landingberg is: Nein
Engliariace: at first glance seemed to be a propsering nation, however on closer inspection their last major times where posts were to be had on their forums were back in the middle of March. They have posted on and off since then, but seem to lack much culture in general and don't seem to be doing much as a nation in the first place.
We should also ask them to place some cities on the map as well. They don't even have a capital.
However even with the Capital in place, I believe my vote shall be: Nein
And there are my votes.
