Lemuria has decreed itself (by Lachlan no less) out of the MCS.

The CIS has voted to switch to the services of the MMES.

Monovia has been contacted by email with no response.

Cyberia is trying to decide who to send.

Lovely's vote will be counted as an abstention.

At the moment, Alexandria will be debating whether or not we're going to show support or not.
