Land caps held in place by decree against both Shireroth and the Grand Commonwealth are now lifted.
In their place, this new regulation shall apply to all members.
This regulation is being put in place since enforcing it against only two members is not fair. This will also serve as a blanket of sorts for any future instances and help limit "megapowers", "godmodding" or other such scenarios from arising.No one member of the Micronational Cartography Society may claim, or otherwise indefinately occupy, more than a rough approximation of one-third (1/3) of the total landmass on the map. One-third is the maximum amount of land any member may hold, and at no time, nor under any circumstances, either by union of multiple nations, treaty or otherwise, will the MCS allow for that cap to be breached. In a scenario where multiple members merge or otherwise form a unified country exceeding this cap, they must reduce their claims within the boundaries stated herein, at their discretion and within reasonable time, or the MCS will reduce the claim for them at its discretion.
