Hello Horiah al-Baqir,
I respect that your a well astablished nation but i find it unfair that you join the MCS and shove your "nation" around and saying to other members that your nations bigger and well better. Maybe swamp candles nation is'nt the most active but thats no his fault, insted of having a poke at his nation why dont you give him some pointers about how you made hatay a success full nation.

Her Majesty the Queen of Hatay was, I believe, entirely proper in her manner and response to constructive comments like "TOO BIG AND THEIR TAKING MY BIT THAT I WANT THAT I'VE TRIED TWICE FOR NOW.........TWICE!!!".

Her Majesty is correct in stating that elements such as activity, organization, population and age are factors used by the Council to determine their response to claims, and from my own experience of Hatay, it shows maximum winnage on all those counts. That doesn't constitute a poke at any nation in my book, rather simply telling it how it is.

I wouldn't say its a priority system, I mean I suppose it is, but it's which ever claim's voting is finished first I presume.

Can someone clarify that please?

the priority is meant to work in order of posted on forum then by posted in council... but then it's about which finishes first... i think

Well yeah, surely if you said to forget about it, it's no longer an active claim.

As my friend from Riponia pointed out, I was defending my nation against what I saw as a verbal attack, but shortly thereafter reached common ground with Mr Swamp Candles. If you will read more than just the negative posts, you will see that I asked for his chat program of choice and screen name so we could chat. It was my intent to speak with him about his nation so I could see if there was anything I could do to help him. Have YOU gone so far as to reach out to him whom you seem so keen on defending? And if so, why does he still struggle under your expert tutelage? In the end, it doesn't matter I suppose. Despite some misgivings and the obvious hostility of some toward a new nation being added to Micras, I am hopeful that our presence will be a positive one - overall.

And I do notice the anti-Babkhan racist sentiment being thrown about (albeit in fun, which I can handle) - but it should be known that while we were an Imperial Fief of Babkha, my people and I are HATAYYIAN, not Babkhan - and that has always been the case. Sort of like the pride some people in Scotland have about insisting they aren't British.

Edit: Please re-register, honey. We recently had someone trying to enter Hatay under false pretenses (you will learn more once you visit), so one of my Intel people just denied all unknown (to him) apps to be safe. I will approve you myself when I see it. Thanks, and sorry about that.

Edit 2: I have sent my Grand Vizier - who is an experienced and accomplished statesman, to Durntkinstan in order to see if we may be of assistance to this budding micronation. His name is Mustafa Abu Nar, just so Mr Swamp Candles knows when he sees him.
