Its very nice looking
The only comment I have is the number of council forums. While older nations may require such an amount of bureacracy... I think its much easier to deal with to limit the amount of government subdivisions. Too many of those councils will confuse new citizens and may seem a little daunting to visitors. I recommend a council to deal with internal affairs, diplomacy, and defense. Almost any state affair can be dealt with by those three major departments.
Almost 5 years ago Natopia had an extensive ministry system like your councils, but we've scaled back to the core internal, external and defense departments and its been a lot easier. We have 3 other ministies but they are fully specialized and were created after we saw a need.
You don't have to take my advice but I really do think simple governments in micronations are the key to encouraging growth and community. Good luck
