If this is serious, I vote AYE, but only in the circumstance that Kataria owns the land but has not claimed it, as pointed out by Fenix in the above thread.

well I would like to give my oppinion at the very least.
Personally I don't think that Kataria should get control over the entire land that Kampong claimed at the peak of its activity many months ago. We had 4-5 members actively working on all sorts of State work as well as tons of literature being pumped out almost on a daily basis, some of which I still refer to since we made so much progress in developing a efficient and methodical way of Socialist government that left everyone to enjoy Kampong as they would and provide Government at a quick pace.
However instead I believe that Kataria should instead gain a national claim on the land itself. In other words they can just acknowledge it as part of the lands that Kataria should be, but not.
In its stead they should instead slowly claim the land as their activity permits, in this way ensuring that all the land is rightfully deserved.

Well, when I say 'Da' I mean 'Yes', or something similar.
For all intents and purposes, it seems to me like it would act like a reservation, with the only difference that they can call the land their own before they claim it fully.

ya Govoreetye Po-Russkiy (don't bother me about my transliteration max, I know it is terrible. ) Comrade. (Or "Tovarische" if we continue in Russian.)
I know what Da Means,
I was going to explain what you had gotten out of my speech on your behalf. but I did'nt know what you had said yes to, since it could have been something else out of my oppinion earlier up. I am sure that you have yourself a decent pair of hands can can type your own opinion.
Its just when I made my last comment I was saying that I didn't mean reservation when I made my first oppinion here. No, I meant that the claim would be something like the claim that Germany has over Alsace in Modern Day France. It is a historical one, but one that cannot be entertained at the time, and may never be.
It is not really a claim but merely an acknowledgement that the place is important historically and to the nation. Now speaking in MCS terms, I meant to say that they would have a claim over the land as being their own, They are Kampong now after all. But if someone else would beat them to claiming part of the land or even all of the land, it would be treated as a normal claim and they would gain precendence.
However I see no particular problem with a hold on the land either. Now that I put some thought to it.

truly? in such a case happy birthday.
hmmm, it seems that this is going to have to wait a bit, especially since both me and Pete can't vote few others are active at the moment.
I wonder how Max is doing in the Desert?
He probably is in his element.
Either that or he has gone native and when he returns we will have to learn to deal with our new Muslim singing, Arabic Reading, Comrade.
I wonder if we have a mod to allow the forum to write from right to left?

I got back from the desert ages ago
Needless to say, although Berber culture is suprisingly strong over Arab culture in Morocco, I still think there were a lot of similarities between Turkey and Morocco- mainly due to the similarity in religion.
But spangle- you may be able to read Russian Cyrillic (I can now read and write in cursive), but can you read Serbian?
Ten less characters than Russian but several additional ones.
Pa moyemu eta mala trudniy dla russkiye lyudi!

Yes, I am a theocrat. How very perceptive. You got a problem with that? If not, visit the Zatriarchate of Matbaa at www.zatriarchate.uni.cc
